Housekeeping

Our trained staff is here on-time after every check out to clean, disinfect and prepare your apartment for the next guests. Our laundry team will make sure your bed sheets are washed and ironed properly. We also supply your apartment with all essentials and even surprise guests with small gift packages.

Smooth Check-in Process

Your guest satisfaction is our mission. From the first inquiry through check-in process we guide them every step of the way. They will get all necessary instructions for your unique apartment amenities so your guests have a wonderful stay and you can have a peace of mind.

Maintenance

We ensure all elements of your home are maintained and cared for and that you are communicated with regularly. Our job is to protect your asset. We will regularly inspect the property, make recommendations on improvements, schedule regular servicing, and oversee your pool & garden service. We have partnered with a specialist who can handle any project management or renovation works.
